We have been a customer of Lexus of Pleasanton since 2002. As with all relationships there have been highs and lows. Many years ago we were beyond disappointed with the style and quality of service, a severe management change at the top of the dealership was required. We were so disappointed we actually took our vehicles elsewhere for service. However, soon after Forest Yee became Service Director we came back and are extremely pleased we did. Forest and his team dealt with the extensive list of issues, including personnel, and has assembled a great team now. Nick Wilson specifically is a gem. Nick, like Forest, is pleasant, professional, exceptionally competent and has a great sense of humor. We are glad we gave Lexus of Pleasanton a second chance. We are grateful. More
