Battery replacement I brought my RX350 Lexus in to have the oil changed and my battery looked at. They told me I did not need my oil changed yet. They reset the oil maintenance light after checking everything. My battery was the original from 2011. I authorized them to replace it, since I noticed a few issues with running the radio while the engine was off. The work was completed quickly. I enjoy working with Michael Sullivan, because he seems to care about his customers and enjoys his job. He is the best! More

John was hampered by a very slow computer issue, not his fault, but it took 40 minutes to drop off my car. It was challenging to know when my car was going to be finished. John thought about 11:30.
