I was searching for a Certified Lexus LS500 loaded with specific options on it and very low miles. I had to expand to a nationwide search as it was hard to find what I was looking for. I finally found th specific options on it and very low miles. I had to expand to a nationwide search as it was hard to find what I was looking for. I finally found the car I was looking for in Atlanta and we negotiated on price and I was just getting ready to buy it and I made one more search before pulling the trigger on the one in GA when I live in CA. I came across exactly what I was looking for in Pleasanton CA. I called up Shane Sorge and told him that I live about 4 hours away so I asked him to look at the car, rate it inside and out as well as drive it and rate that. He called me back in an hour or two and said that he had two concerns about the car. 1) there was some curb rash on one wheel and there was a scratch on the side view mirror. Shane sent me some detailed pics and video of the car and the things that he ws concerned about were not that bad. He gave the car 10/10 all the way around and my immediate thought was yeah right, your a salesman of course its 10/10. So I immediately said to myself 7.5/10 but at least it was the same state. We came to terms online, and they fixed the wheel and the mirror and we agreed that I would drive up on Saturday to pick it up. They FedEx'd the paperwork down, I signed it and when I went to pick it up I was only in finance for a few minutes to right a check. Shane took me to the car and they were just finishing up the "detail" on the car. I always laugh when they say detail because my kids wash cars better than most dealerships. They were actually waxing the car, I was shocked. We walked around it and took it for a drive around the block and the car was amazing. I would go as far to say that it was flawless. We bought our LC500 from Pleasanton as well and could not be happier with both cars. I would highly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton and Shane to anyone looking for a first class car purchase, Thank you Shane!! More

From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with that day was personable, and professional. The parts weren't immediately available, so I had to make two trips. I would have preferred that the first person I spoke with to make the appointment, had checked to be sure the parts were going to be there when I arrived at 9:00am. The parts replaced were done quickly, and with success. I even was offered a car wash at the end. The service person was Maria, and she did a wonderful job coordinating the order of replacements, called me when they were delivered to the facility, and I was back on my way to have the job done.
