I bought my ES300h from out of state as a Certified Pre Owned car after seeing it online at a price a bit below the market average. When I enquired about the car, Chris literally walked me through it on Fa Owned car after seeing it online at a price a bit below the market average. When I enquired about the car, Chris literally walked me through it on Facetime so I could see as much of it as I wanted. The carfax was free and showed the car to be low mileage, clean and factory serviced from day one. Because it was Lexus Certified, I decided to take a chance and buy it from home without driving it. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was professional, courteous and helpful. I chose to pay for the car before driving it, so I could register it in my home state rather than CA. This required a big pile of paperwork and several overnight deliveries. These guys handled all that, including the FedEx costs in a quick and efficient way, coaching and counselling me through my outrage at just how unnecessarily rigid and bureaucratic CA car buying is. When I flew to CA to get the car, the dealership covered my Lyft bill from Oakland Airport to Pleasanton. When I got to the dealership, the car was all they promised and was detailed, filled with fuel and ready. Chris walked me through as much of the operating stuff as I asked him to quite patiently and sent me on my way. The car performs just as I was promised. I'd do this transaction with them again. More
