A Big Shout out to “Ron Ng” in Service! I came in today for a New battery, and was ready to pay out for a new one. It has been difficult starting these cold days. He had the service tech I came in today for a New battery, and was ready to pay out for a new one. It has been difficult starting these cold days. He had the service tech. check it for me and it was a very good battery and not needing a replacement. Ron showed me the test sheet .
