Had regular service for '17 Lexus RX 350 SUV. Made appointment quickly & arrived shortly before 7 AM on Wed June 14th. Jason Portillo (Svc Consultant) reviewed with me the extent of work to be done (routine service); set up the use of a 'loaner' vehicle & I was on my way in no time. Rec'd 2 emails in which both contained videos from the service technician of the work done. She also provided me some detailed recommendations (later shown in report w/ invoice). I must say, this is probably the most comprehensive review I have been exposed to since I began bringing our Lexus vehicles to Pleasanton since our first RX 300 in 2000. Such a report & review provided to me gives me a more comfortable feeling that one is driving a safe and finely tuned vehicle. We drive Almost 50 miles to this dealership every time for the service because we don’t have a Lexus dealership in our town. But Pleasanton Lexus dealership is really worth it!! This dealership always does excellent work and they did this time too. For the very first time, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to see a service rep to get the process going.
