The Pleasanton Lexus dealership is customer oriented and professional, and delivers first class cost-effective vehicle maintenance. I bought my 2012 Lexus IS350 at this dealership, and I have maintained my professional, and delivers first class cost-effective vehicle maintenance. I bought my 2012 Lexus IS350 at this dealership, and I have maintained my car exclusively at this dealership ever since. No one else works on my car (and that includes new tires when needed.) During my 10 years of service experience, we have often worked with John Clutter (one of the many conscientious service staff members on site, they are all great) and John has consistently rendered outstanding and timely service for my family. It is nice to be appreciated as a customer, and get reasonable cost effective service. Members of the service staff have been there a long time, which tells me it is a great place to work. When employees are happy, they make you happy too. And no, I am not related to anybody at the dealership, I don't know anyone in management, and I don't work for Lexus. I just appreciate a job well done. More
I've been fortunate to know Forrest Yee who is currently the Service Manager at Lexus of Pleasanton for over 20 years. He was my service advisor two decades ago and that also happens to be the age of my car the Service Manager at Lexus of Pleasanton for over 20 years. He was my service advisor two decades ago and that also happens to be the age of my car which I still love. Forrest knows me well and has assembled a knowledgeable service advisor and an experienced mechanic that has serviced the car meticulously including out of the box thinking for parts no longer in production and physical inspection to diagnose issues at hand with the mechanic. It is with this 20 year confidence in this relationship that I have continued to acquire older cars without hesitation as I know Forrest and his team will keep these cars running until they become classics!
