I walked into the dealership and had no idea where to go or who to talk to as this was my first time dealing with the service dept. after purchasing my car. After walking around for 5 minutes I finally foun or who to talk to as this was my first time dealing with the service dept. after purchasing my car. After walking around for 5 minutes I finally found someone to help me. I was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. My appointment was at 11:30 and was not approached until 12:10 after asking someone else who would be helping us. I was finally greeted by Jason Vaughan. When scheduling this appointment I was told it would take 45 minutes to program my key. When I sat down with Jason he then told me it would be 90 minutes. We explained that we had tickets to a concert and weren’t planning on being there for another hour and a half. Jason went out of his way to get me next in line for my service and actually had me out of there in 20 minutes. He offered to get me a loner car if I wanted it so I could be on my way. Jason offered excellent customer service and made the situation into a positive one. Customer service is very important to me and I will continue to recommend Lexus of Pleasanton as a place to buy a Lexus. Thank you Jason for making this experience a positive one. More
