Got sold a Lexus ES300h and got pressured into buying as much of the extended warranty and maintenance plan as possible. The bigger issue was that even though I bought the Maintenance plan the service was much of the extended warranty and maintenance plan as possible. The bigger issue was that even though I bought the Maintenance plan the service was terrible and downright awful. Noticed massive panel gaps(5-8mm) on the rear doors and was told that this is "normal" for lexus. Well if a Chevy Bolt has smaller panel gaps than a lexus I really don't know why you would want to buy a lexus. Not only that but I asked them to measure it since I did at home with a ruler and that's not that accurate. Was told there's no way to measure it and they didn't even have a ruler. Do you trust a dealership that doesn't even have a ruler lmao. Joke of a dealership and god bless anyone that has to deal with this dealership if you're not over the age of 50. More

I cannot say enough about Forrest Yee and the technician, Robertowho helped me out. I had to avoid some garbage in the road on the freeway, and afterwards my car started making a funny noise. When I came in to Lexus of Pleasanton, they kept me calm and put my car up on a hoist. The trouble was very evident. A plastic bag had wrapped itself around my drivetrain. It had also done some damage to the bearings so they had to get apart. They gave me a wonderful loaner car and I was on my way. I was able to drive the car to Sacramento and those people send a gentleman name Larry to drive my car back to my home and exchange for the loaner. I can’t say enough about the people that help me out. I was from out of town and very upset. They made me feel good and my car was delivered in excellent condition. I hardly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton. More

Gary Chan is the "Man"! Always attentive and focuses on the "client experience" which makes paying the service department a visit much more pleasurable.
