The service is at another level even for a simple Oil change for my 450H. Nick Wilson was my advisor and provided what needed to be done on the car without that up sell of services, which was a blessing change for my 450H. I don’t usually write reviews but with good customer service declining I felt like I should say something. I got my car serviced yesterday morning and all I can say is wow. The customer service here is service declining I felt like I should say something. I got my car serviced yesterday morning and all I can say is wow. The customer service here is top notch. I was greeted yesterday by a fine gentleman named Josh and even though it was early in the morning he did with a smile and was very energetic. I told him I was late for my appointment but he told me he would still be able to get me in as fast as possible. As soon as he checked me in he offered to get me some water or coffe. He really made me feel as if I was a guest in his home. After a few minutes a kind gentleman name Cody came and found me and he made the process smooth as possible and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve been to a few Lexus’s for service and I can finally say I found the one where I will be getting my car’s worked on, even if it’s a hour drive from San Jose. Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton and Josh and Cody for great customer service! More
