Completely dissatisfied with Lexus of Pleasanton service. I made the mistake of buying prepaid service with my ES350. Clearly I am being taken for granted. I spent over 2 hours getting my 45K mile service, w I made the mistake of buying prepaid service with my ES350. Clearly I am being taken for granted. I spent over 2 hours getting my 45K mile service, which doesn't even include an oil change. Other than an inspection which was done at the 1 hour mark, nothing was done to my car while I waited in their showroom without internet access or a working coffee machine, while my service advisor (Joseph Li) avoided my text messages. I finally found the service manager, who was helpful. My opinion: (1) don't use Lexus of Pleasanton service if you can avoid it; (2) DO NOT BUY PREPAID MAINTENANCE, you will be treated worse than a customer whose business they have to compete for. More
