Communications were straightforward and timely. During initial contact and research, Rick, our sales person provided specifications of the vehicles (in transit) of interest. He showed us a comparab During initial contact and research, Rick, our sales person provided specifications of the vehicles (in transit) of interest. He showed us a comparable model on the lot. After expressing our intent to purchase, we received a worksheet detailing the costs. We could finalize that sheet based on our requirements. Rick then quickly made changes and updated the sheet. When purchase request was finalized, communication continued to be excellent. We were kept informed from car arrival at port to port processing to truck delivery to arrival at dealership. On day of purchase finalization, process was smooth and took as long as was needed to complete the transactions. We went in with our own loan, so the dealership handled communications for us. The entire process was smooth, efficient and devoid of any distractions and unnecessary back and forth. We happen to not be the negotiating type. If you prefer to wheel-and-deal, then your experience might differ. More
