My experience with this dealer is primarily with their service department, specifically, I’m referring to my service advisor, Mrs. Jeanette Petitt. She is my first line of defense when it comes to the repair of my vehicle. She was the hammer when a body shop did not install a part in my sunroof that caused a rattling sound. When the body shop initially denied there was a problem, she contacted the general manager of the body shop, got him to personally come to see the issue and eventually, the general manager authorized the repair in full! I’ve dealt with many service advisor since I started driving approximately 50 years ago. She’s probably the best I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with! More
