Jeanette was able to access the history on my vehicle thru Lexus nationwide database. Thank-you Jeanette for reassuring me that my Lexus was well maintain and a great purchase! I was "extremely" impressed by the fact that Chris (who serviced my car) sent me a video of the entire process. Once again another person who reassure me of excellent service and peace of mind with my decision to buy a "used" Lexus. I drove away very happy, along with a very clean car!
