Steve, with his professional and courteous manner, has impressed us so much that we decided to purchase a second car, a 2024 Lexus RX350H, at this dealership. He made the experience smooth and easy; we never felt pressured. He was very genuine and had a lot of knowledge about the car we were interested in. He walked us through every step and let us test drive an RX 350h to experience how a Lexus SUV really feels. Michael Lorenzo, Finance Producer, was also very professional. He helped us with paperwork and explanation of warranties, making the process quick and seamless. He provided us with all important documents on a USB flash drive to take home. I should also mention Nate, the orientation/technology specialist, who really did a great job explaining technical details on the RX350h navigation, audio, and safety features. He also offered us the opportunity to come back for more lessons so that we can gain more knowledge about the car. The atmosphere at this dealership is really excellent.
