Jeanette went above and beyond with this last service and worthy of my first time dealership review. She brought our keys to our home in Tracy the next morning when we couldn’t make it back to the dealership before closing. This allowed us to not be rushed to pick up even the next day. Plus no need to go into dealership for checkout process. Just pick up on their driveway. Stress-free, convenience-driven, over-the-top customer service! She’s simply amazing!
