Rarely have I been disappointed ... usually a long wait was an issue but never the quality of service provided by the Expert Technicians working on the RX350. I especially like the video by the Tech describing the actions taken to service the vehicle & the conditions of each area. This is a very important communication to me & adds value to my impression of the service I receive of my vehicle. More
Jason Portillo (Service) and Steve Cacela (Sales) are awesome. During service I needed a loaner for few hours although I had chosen the option to wait while my car was being serviced. Jason arranged for a loaner - which I highly appreciate. On top of that he referred/pointed me to a used Lexus which I ended up buying (an awesome GX) via Steve Cacela. Steve was amazing as the GX470 with 60k miles was highly sought after. He showcased the highest level of integrity and professionalism by holding the car for me as I arranged for finances. This is not the first Lexus that I have bought via Steve - he is the best. More
