I would like to personally acknowledge Jeanette Pettit at Lexus of Pleasanton as being THE BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with at any Lexus dealership. She is personable, honest, and is someone who has proved over and over again that I can TRUST to give me the most accurate information regarding the service of my ES 350. I schedule my appointments only on days she is available to be my service advisor. The service provided by Jeanette Pettit is simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!! More
