Jason Portillo assisted me with an issue I was having with my Lexus ES 350, and I truly appreciate the level of care he provided. I couldn’t figure out how to change my default screen from maps to the ra with my Lexus ES 350, and I truly appreciate the level of care he provided. I couldn’t figure out how to change my default screen from maps to the radio, so I reached out to Jason for help. He immediately told me he would look into it and get back to me. Even though I mentioned it wasn’t urgent and that getting back to me later that day would be perfectly fine, he still followed up within an hour with clear, step-by-step instructions. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Jason always delivers exceptional service, and this experience was another great example of why I continue to trust him and Lexus of Pleasanton. I brought in my 2023 RX on a Saturday because the maintenance light had come on, and from the moment I arrived, Jeanette was on top of ev phenomenal! She kept me updated with clear, timely communication — including videos of the inspection and thoughtful guidance on next steps. It was never a barrage of texts, just measured, to-the-point information exactly when I needed it. My car needed additional work that required ordering parts, and Jeanette immediately offered me a loaner vehicle. She assured me she’d stay in touch starting Monday — and she delivered. Monday morning she let me know they were securing the parts and didn’t yet have a schedule. From that day forward, I received an update every single day. Jeanette went above and beyond by sourcing the parts from another location, getting them delivered quickly, managing the repair schedule, and making sure everything was completed smoothly.
