Monday morning she let me know they were securing the parts and didn’t yet have a schedule. From that day forward, I received an update every single day. Jeanette went above and beyond by sourcing the parts from another location, getting them delivered quickly, managing the repair schedule, and making sure everything was completed smoothly.
