I had a great experience trading my car in for a used Lexus here. Mandeep was patient and answered all of my questions in advance of me coming in to see the car, as I didn't want to waste either of our Lexus here. Whatever he didn't know, he went and found out for me. When I did come in, my experience with him and Syed, the finance guy, were also great. I was there for a total of 4 hours, which isn't ideal, but not bad at all for a car buying experience. Mandeep was attentive and made sure we were comfortable, and paid attention to the little details as well. The dealership is very nice and clean and I would highly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton.
