The dealership itself is just fine, but I’ll never buy a Lexus again. My brand new, under 4000 mile RZ300e dropped 21% in range from purchase. It was an extremely low range to begin with, but this level o Lexus again. My brand new, under 4000 mile RZ300e dropped 21% in range from purchase. It was an extremely low range to begin with, but this level of decrease in 4 months is outrageous. To be told this is just the way the car is and there is nothing that can be done tells me that Lexus is selling lemons knowingly and not being forthcoming to buyers regarding what to expect from their product. This is NOT a luxury vehicle when you are told that the only way to maintain the highest range of 245 is to drive without ANY of the standard equipment like AC during 100+ degree weather through the summer months. Don’t be a fool like me. Stay away from this vehicle and from anyone who would knowingly sell a car that can not realistically be useful for any length of time. More

For all the years that I have been going to this Dealership Service Dept., this is my very first time that I felt treated with honesty and integrity. Cody was very upfront and honest with what is needed and what should be done as far as maintenance for our old car. He didn’t push for any extra nor unnecessary work up. He made us feel comfortable and really made us feeling safe and satisfied. All through the years of having our car serviced at this location, we have always felt like we were being duped into getting extra unnecessary repairs. I have always had to pay over a thousand dollars for every maintenance. I just don’t questioned anything hoping that it’s for the good care of my car. So for now, Cody Wilson is the very first person that I know that have a good and honest heart to help us and treat us with kindness and compassion. I had a great experience trading my car in for a used Lexus here. Whatever he didn't know, he went and found out for me. When I did come in, my experience with him and Syed, the finance guy, were also great. I was there for a total of 4 hours, which isn't ideal, but not bad at all for a car buying experience. Mandeep was attentive and made sure we were comfortable, and paid attention to the little details as well. The dealership is very nice and clean and I would highly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton. More
