We have bought two new vehicles from this dealer and paid extra for the warranty and care. But seems like there is a huge disconnect and differences between their financing and service department. regarding extra for the warranty and care. Some of the services we paid extra when financing with Lexus is not what repair shop covers. Also their service department should learn to treat customers with more curtesy and be helpful.
