I’ve got my top two go-to customer service reps who’ve never steered me wrong over the years - Gary and Jeanette. Jeanette went above and beyond with this last service and worthy of my first time dealership review. She brought our keys to our home in Tracy the next morning when we couldn’t make it back to the dealership before closing. This allowed us to not be rushed to pick up even the next day. Plus no need to go into dealership for checkout process. Just pick up on their driveway. Stress-free, convenience-driven, over-the-top customer service! She’s simply amazing! Everyone there is amazing actually! Shoutout to our superstar salesman Joe Minster who has sold us our last three cars! Nathan in Tracy:) More

My wife and I have had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with our 2022 Lexus ES300H car purchase at Lexus of Pleasanton dealership. Thanks to Steve Cacela, of Corporate sales, who not only helped us get the car of our choice but has maintained a good friendship two years later whenever we brought in our car at the dealership for warranty services. Steve, with his professional and courteous manner, has impressed us so much that we decided to purchase a second car, a 2024 Lexus RX350H, at this dealership. He made the experience smooth and easy; we never felt pressured. He was very genuine and had a lot of knowledge about the car we were interested in. He walked us through every step and let us test drive an RX 350h to experience how a Lexus SUV really feels. Michael Lorenzo, Finance Producer, was also very professional. He helped us with paperwork and explanation of warranties, making the process quick and seamless. He provided us with all important documents on a USB flash drive to take home. I should also mention Nate, the orientation/technology specialist, who really did a great job explaining technical details on the RX350h navigation, audio, and safety features. He also offered us the opportunity to come back for more lessons so that we can gain more knowledge about the car. The atmosphere at this dealership is really excellent. He made sure the appraiser's needs were addressed while negotiating on my behalf to make the repair estimate was as equitable as could be for me and Lexus. All along he kept me informed as to the progress. In addition, he made sure parts were on hand so that once we could proceed, the repairs were done in one day. Thank you Jason and the mechanics who worked on my car. I can't recommend Lexus of Pleasanton Service Department enough. More
