I came in for service maintenance on a 2015 RX 350 that I purchased from the Lexus dealer in Sacramento a year ago. I had a few minor issues that needed more examination. Everyone at this dealer was super nice, extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. In addition to service maintenance, I got new pads on my front brakes. Everything was done by the end of the day. At the same time I got a several recommendations for preventative maintenance services that I will probably get within the next several months to make sure my Lexus stays in top running condition. Now I know why Lexus autos get the best reliability ratings in Consumer Reports: 1) they don't miss a thing and 2) they handle everything brought their way with the utmost care, Thank you Ron and everyone else at Lexus of Pleasanton. Oh, I forgot. They even washed my car for no extra money. More
