I have liked this dealership and my service person for years. This last experience has soured me on working with them in the future. Hendrick has greatly increased pricing for service and has made it impo years. This last experience has soured me on working with them in the future. Hendrick has greatly increased pricing for service and has made it impossible to select the services I am willing to pay for by offering "package" pricing. An oil change and parts should not be $320 by listing a bunch of "inspect" items. I can get the exact same service elsewhere for $70.46. This is not Jeanette's fault - it's the policies and implementation of the dealership. She has been my service person for years and has been excellent. PS: I cannot rate the quality of work because I wasn't there to watch the technicians. I will be able to rate the quality of work after I drive under different conditions over time. More
