This review is for Joseph Minster the best car salesman I have ever met. We were looking for an ES350 Luxury Model. We found a 2022 on their website and called to see if it was still available. Joseph picked have ever met. We were looking for an ES350 Luxury Model. We found a 2022 on their website and called to see if it was still available. Joseph picked up the phone and told me that he would check and get back to me. Well, it was still available and we took the drive from Belmont to Pleasanton. Needless to say, it was well worth the drive. We drove in the lot and the car was parked in front, cleaned and ready to go. Joseph greeted us at the door and proceeded to take the car for a test drive. I have never met a salesperson that was so prepared with all the car information and the knowledge of Lexus vehicles. Joseph explained every detail of the car and how to work the controls. After our test drive, we sat down at his desk (thinking this is the worst part) but to our suprise it was very easy. He did not smooth talk or try to take advantage of us. Joseph gave us a more than fair offer for our 2003 LS430 and the contract was signed. The car was sent off to be detailed and after all paperwork was done we were walked to the back of the showroom, where are car was parked with a big Red Bow!! Joseph contined to educate us on the features. Thank you Joseph for the best ever experience buying a car. You are AMAZING!!!! More

I have been a Lexus owner since 1992, which means I have dealt with MANY service advisors over my 32 years of being a Lexus owner. I would like to personally acknowledge Jeanette Pettit at Lexus of Pleasan dealt with MANY service advisors over my 32 years of being a Lexus owner. I would like to personally acknowledge Jeanette Pettit at Lexus of Pleasanton as being THE BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with at any Lexus dealership. She is personable, honest, and is someone who has proved over and over again that I can TRUST to give me the most accurate information regarding the service of my ES 350. I schedule my appointments only on days she is available to be my service advisor. The service provided by Jeanette Pettit is simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!! More

He is personable, honest and he not only makes sure our car is always in gr maintenance of our GX460. We always see Jason Portillo as our consultant. He is personable, honest and he not only makes sure our car is always in great condition, but also provided us expertise on how to take care of our car. There is also one time we had an emergency with our car and Jason goes above and beyond to help us, even that time is his day off. That shows his care and dedication to his clients.
