The dealership has not delivered the type of service as explained by the salesperson. The lady at the service department has mislead us in one of our appointment wasting our valuable weekend time. On another occassion, the service person did not properly check all required items to check during one of our service visit. I would shop for another lexus dealership. This dealership does not live up to customer's expectation considering it is a luxury car dealer. I have seen a better service to a non luxury dealership.
