The service department didn't reach out to me with any updates or follow up unless I had called the department first. I understand that shops can get busy but I had to call each time to keep the process m updates or follow up unless I had called the department first. I understand that shops can get busy but I had to call each time to keep the process moving or get any information, so even if the shop was being proactive there was no way for me to see that. The vehicle service provided was fine, they fixed the misfire without issue. However, I asked them to look into replacing a bulb for me for a headlight and they hit me with a $2K full headlight replacement, its just a dead bulb... kind of wild. They quoted me for a few other items I was aware of but I could tell they didn't actually diagnose further than reading the code and looking up a full part replacement. The air sensor code they quoted me 500$ isn't even the problem, its the hoses, which I told them about and they could see on my prior diagnostics... just felt rushed, sloppy and upsell focused. No loaners didn't help either, but aside from the point. Sarah was fine just clearly overloaded or something to that effect. Its not a "her" problem its clearly an organizational problem. More
