Unnecessary repair Had car in for routine oil change and got call form dealer stating brake pad needed replacement right away. For only $600.00!!! And brake fluid was very dirty. ... “but that might be able to wait” only 25k miles on car. Took it to two different repair shops an both said brakes were fine and did not need any work. A letter to Corporate who passed it off to dealer saying they were independent. Still no apology from Manager. Service manager said he “would work with us when we needed brakes”?? WOW! More

I purchased the maintenance contract $1,765.00 and the I purchased the maintenance contract $1,765.00 and the extended service contract $$1,869.00 when I bought the car when the lease was up. I know I purchased the maintenance contract $1,765.00 and the extended service contract $$1,869.00 when I bought the car when the lease was up. I know it doesn’t cover everything but it’s distressing to come in for 40,000 mile service and be told you also need an alignment and balance for $197.00 and clean the fuel injectors for another $235.00 plus tax for a total of $463.80 all of which is NOT covered by the above $3,634.00 contracts! Ridiculous! More
