John has been caring for my automotive needs since I relocated to South Florida 4 years ago. I Have since moved to West Melbourne but still drive 21/2 hours to turn my car over to John for service and relocated to South Florida 4 years ago. I Have since moved to West Melbourne but still drive 21/2 hours to turn my car over to John for service and even oil changes. Only when John retires or leaves Lexus of Pembroke Pines will I change. I trust he will never take advantage of me or add unnecessary repairs. He very easily could as I am a senior single woman. I trust him completely. Please extend to him my appreciation for his continued care of my 2007 Lexus RX 350. He keeps my car running in Excellent condition at the lowest cost possible. When John leaves so will I. More

Exceptional, As Always Servicing a car is supposed to be a chore. At Lexus of Pembroke Pines, it's the opposite. Even in these very difficult times, the people - everyone - at Lexus of Pembroke Pines are pleasant, professional and just enjoyable to be with. Isidro is not alone in this evaluation, but he is THE BEST! Don't ever let him go! Alex Whitmon, who leased the car to me, stopped by with his normal friendly greeting and the young lady who delivered my car to me brought it to where I was in the parking lot talking to my wife, rather than just deliver it to the door of the office. Everyone does more than expected. If I ever stop enjoying Lexus vehicles, I might still buy one there! More

Overall good service but poor follow through I was greeted properly and promptly. Due a hip issue, I asked everyone from Lexus who interacted with that my car seat NOT be moved, because if it was I was greeted properly and promptly. Due a hip issue, I asked everyone from Lexus who interacted with that my car seat NOT be moved, because if it was, it would not only be painful to me but I would have to spend some time re-adjusting the seat position for driving. The service advisor even put a big note on the car saying DO NOT MOVE THE seat. Sadly, when my car was returned from service, the seat had been moved vertically AND horizontally. I specifically told the service advisor that if the person did not fit properly in the vehicle, that someone else moved it. I am 5'8", the seat is not extremely close or far from the steering wheel. I find this occurrence unacceptable. The service was done very well, no issues there. And the complementary car wash is not a very good one. $5 car washes at gas stations do a better job at cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. More
