Great place have no Complaints. Took my car for oil change had appointment with Carlos took care of me right away he told me my car had a recall the gas tank needed to be replace , he said it would ta change had appointment with Carlos took care of me right away he told me my car had a recall the gas tank needed to be replace , he said it would take 2 hrs , I was finished in 2 hrs like he said great customer service, I will definitely go back there again. After an hour there, they texted my car was ready to pickup. Want to pickup they made me wait an extra hour just to bring my car out and it wasn’t even washed properly had the loaner lady come out wipe pickup. Waited 20 minutes for service advisor. Only got taken care of after speaking up. While in tiny office of service advisor other employees walked in. This is not appropriate during Covid- 19. Three different times I was asked to sign things all with pens that employees and other guests had used. That is not appropriate during this time. Offer clean pens. Need more sanitizer around.
