Carlos was great. Car was done on time and washed. Very friendly and professional. Check in and checkout also quick and efficient. The 2 employees chatting didn’t have masks at all. The one on phone did..in her hand. Too much effort to talk on phone with mask, I guess. Not the fault of my service writer so he gets 5 stars. I did send message to the phone number that I had for manager of service Dept but didn’t get response so I guess he’s not there.
