Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

Was very disappointed with the service on my uv200. My car was picked up on Thursday am and I was given a loaner which was fine. But I never heard from the service dept all day. I finally calledat 4:30 to car was picked up on Thursday am and I was given a loaner which was fine. But I never heard from the service dept all day. I finally calledat 4:30 to check on the status . Was was told my car was done but there were no driver available they all went home and they will bring my car back Friday. This is my third car from you and never had this before Also.I asked them to wash my car ,which was the worst job. Very shoddy More

They were very busy however still managed to finish service on our car before the time they told us. I am usually very satisfied with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. This last time I took my car for an oil change and complimentary car wash. I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours.
