Had an totally unacceptable experience with your collision specialist Wayne Fogle. Spent about an hour on the phone with him after which he assured me his supervisor would contact me. Had to call ba collision specialist Wayne Fogle. Spent about an hour on the phone with him after which he assured me his supervisor would contact me. Had to call back 3 days after not receiving a call to find out from Wayne that apparently his supervisor Roy Lee decided my concerned wasn’t worth his time. I’m absolutely livid with this sort of treatment and if this issue is not resolved I’ll go as high up the chain as i need to in every platform available to me. More
