There was no will to help out or see other options on the amount of work needed to be done. Zero customer service. The north Miami branch is much better has higher quality service. I was just told the expected amount to pay and nothing else was discussed and when stated the cost was too much nothing else was done not even to see other options. Quality of work was very poor there was no print out of the expected work that needed to be done even though the diagnostic was paid. Some of the work that needed to be done was sent via email in a non professional manner. Usually in Lexus of north Miami they give you a detailed print out. More
