Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

The person that scheduled my service told me that there would be a drop off and pickup service but on the date of service I was told that it was wrongly scheduled. Jose my rep. was great as always. However my maintenance notification was never turned off as well as this will now be the third time that when they have washed my car, they dry it off with a towel that has notification was never turned off as well as this will now be the third time that when they have washed my car, they dry it off with a towel that has tire shine on it or something and leaves cloudy streak marks all over my car. I had just washed it professionally prior to bringing it in so it didn’t even need it (although I do appreciate the service when completed properly, nothing like driving that LC500 off the lot all shiny) But I had to rewash it after you all dried it off again with dirty towels. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail when handling such an expensive car. Makes me wonder what other shortcuts are being taken. I hope this doesn’t happen again but I look forward to worki mg with Jose more in the future. More
