I went there yesterday (3/1/21) to fix a cup holder and Jeffrey was the person helping me. When the car was returned to me, the key was not in it. They lost my key chain which contained my fob and my mailb Jeffrey was the person helping me. When the car was returned to me, the key was not in it. They lost my key chain which contained my fob and my mailbox and didn't have any empathy about it. I have to pay to replace them and this is so not fair. Instead of being nice about it, when I called Jefferey he made it seem as if I was lying about it. That vexed me even more. If I didn't have a spare key in my computer case, I would have been stuck midway home and no one would care. It seems like once someone finishes purchasing a car at this dealership the nice attitude is over. Not cool! My advice is that a rule should be implemented next time that they need to hand the person driving the car their key directly and not guess that it was left in the cup holder. This added unnecessary stress to my life. I came to fix a cup holder and I have to spend hundreds of dollars for key replacements in the process. This is ludicrous. Someone needs to look into this. I don't usually write reviews but this one hurts. I will not come back to this dealership for service. More

I bought my car new and it had a cut on the sunroof so I called my sales guy and sent pictures. I was told to drive to dealership which is a hour away and was told to come back next week after part was orde called my sales guy and sent pictures. (not sure why I had to come up thier the first time) Then I noticed I had a scratch near the spoiler that can be buffed out and I told my service guy and he was rude and said well u need to come back during the week. I didn't buy a brand new car and have to come back multiple times when I live 45min to 1 hour away. I will not be going back for service thier and I will go to Lexus of kendall instead More
