Worst experience ever! I went to this place as a referred by the dealer (this collision center is supposed to be top of the line... ) First of all, the job wasn't completed, they didn't repair my rim and ins by the dealer (this collision center is supposed to be top of the line... ) First of all, the job wasn't completed, they didn't repair my rim and instead of apologize for this at the beginning he ask me to show him the quote to check if I was right. As a customer service I felt like they were making fun of me... like I was making a big deal of everything when I was questioning why things where done! They modify the quote WITHOUT CALLING ME OR ASK FOR MY APPROVAL. They put some black overlay on top of my XSE logo WITHOUT my permission and once again I was questioned about it if I was telling the truth. He had to check his photos first to see if I was right. I submitted a coupon that I got from the dealership, following all the instructions BEFORE I drop off the car and at the moment of paying, he told me I didn't follow the instructions and I had to submit that before the drop off. ONCE AGAIN QUESTIONING EVERYTHING I SAID. Have to show proof that I did! In every way this experience was horrible. I couldn't believe coming from a place that is over charging and offers high quality compared with other places... I am paying the extra cause I am very picky with my cars and I want to trust that I am putting my cars with the best, not only in the detailing also in how I'm going to be taken care. More
