The vehicle was taken in for the 20,000 mile maintenance and a detailing. The employee picked up my car in the morning and left me a loaner. Very bad communication. When there is an insurance claim, they think they are doing us a favour. The estimator will speak very little, all they want is just leave the car and don't like that we ask questions they think they are doing us a favour.
