When I picked up my 2021 Lexus on 5/7/21 my car insurance was done by the person that was sitting in the lobby next to the finance staff and every thing seemed OK. However, I have trying for the last week to was done by the person that was sitting in the lobby next to the finance staff and every thing seemed OK. However, I have trying for the last week to get a copy of the paper work regarding the registration, but I have called and called and phones where not picked up or returned my calls when I did leave a VM. I last spoke to JC yesterday and he said that he spoke to my salesperson and that he will call me back but of course that never happened. I feel neglected that not one of your staff helped me to solve my problem. I might have called 30 times only to be transferred to no where. Obviously service is not your priority. Worst experience ever I will never come to that location ever! Robbery at its finest. To make matters worse for the 55k service inspection you guys didn’t even vacuum or cleaned my car which was INCLUDEDD! So that just leads me to believe did you guys even touch my vehicle I don’t trust this type of work ethics! More
