Wait times are almost always over 2 hours long for normal service. Also, the loaner office only has one person retrieving cars. 10k service I waited 40 mins for car to be retrieved from loaner office. Yester service. Yesterday, for 15k service at waited over 20 mins for loaner office to retrieve my car. Seems excessive. They need help and more people retrieving cars. I felt bad for the one girl who was running around like crazy getting everyone’s car while everyone else who works there was just sitting inside chatting. More

My breaks wake up the neighbors, embarrass me at every stoplight, in every garage but the people at the dealer say everything is normal for the breaks to yell.
