Took my car in for paint issue while it is under warranty. It has been over 30 days and I was just informed I would have to return and start the process from the beginning as there are no records o warranty. Terrible service department. No checks and balances. No proactive action to resolve the issue. Just simply, sorry please return to the dealership to start over. More

Wait times are almost always over 2 hours long for normal service. Also, the loaner office only has one person retrieving cars. 10k service I waited 40 mins for car to be retrieved from loaner office. Yester service.
