My service dept tech was (I think named Aftar). He was good and responsive. Everytime I go I request Melissa and every single time they give me somebody different???? However, when my car was ready to be picked up and I brought the paperwork to the counter for retrieval, I asked a gentleman in a uniform a question about service on my car. He went and retrieved my car for me. His name was Mohammad. I was very impressed at how responsive he was in answering my question and then physically showing me behind the glovebox that my filter was changed. He was so helpful and great. More
