Service at this dealership has really declined over the years. I wish I lived closer to JM Lexus in Margate. I still havent received the 2nd key to the car I leased in September 2023 and it's July 31 2024 years. I wish I lived closer to JM Lexus in Margate. I was lied to that a particular Car was there when I got there they told me the car sold. This happened in two different location. feel as though they said that to get me there to buy something else. Becau there they told me the car sold. This happened in two different location. feel as though they said that to get me there to buy something else. Because before going to the dealership , I checked the site and the car was taken down off the site. However, my sales person was able to find me another car I like at a good deal. Nevertheless, my financial guy didn’t give me my paperwork after purchasing the car, I ask again for it before leaving Lexus still didn’t get it and I forget because I was now taking care of the insurance part. I remember when I got home that I still didn’t received my paperwork. Until today, I still haven’t received the desk my information on, but they did send me an Electronic copy A few days ago. Still waiting on the USB to be mailed to me. More

This was for my 60,000-mile service, I drove in, was greeted immediately, met with the Service Writer, went home, got updated text messages, my service writer had to leave due to a family emergency, Fra greeted immediately, met with the Service Writer, went home, got updated text messages, my service writer had to leave due to a family emergency, Frank took over, he was awesome, explained that they couldn't do my alignment because 3 of my tires were bad-quoted me a good price for the tires, gave my OK. Came back, paid the cashier, and picked up the car. Overall, the experience was awesome. Highly recommend !! More

When I arrived at the dealership the person who approached me was very nice. Then I waited at the Lobby until I was called. He was very respectful and explained what to expect.
