Since I’ve had my 2024 Lexus I have had nothing but issues coming to the Pembroke Pines service center. When I had my 2020 Lexus this was best service center, I had absolutely no problems. Now back to issues coming to the Pembroke Pines service center. When I had my 2020 Lexus this was best service center, I had absolutely no problems. Now back to my last 3 experiences here. A couple of months ago I needed my car reprogrammed. Dropped it off that morning, called all day, no updates, I had to physically come to the location at 6 pm, I was almost without a car and he technician didn’t notify me, however I know it didn’t take that long. Second visit I had an issue with my tire, after finding out what the issue was, we decided with the technician that we will not proceed with the tire rotation because the tire needed to be replaced. The technician Tony I guess didn’t speak to the service guys or the communication was off somewhere, but we were told the car was ready and still waited for hours because the tires were rotated, and now we don’t know which tire it is. Now my last visit, I needed my spare key reprogrammed and once again we had the honor of Tony being the technician. Well, no communication, then received a text that they are still “diagnosing my car” was a little thrown by that because I didn’t have my car there to be diagnosed. We were initially told that this would be 1 1/2 max. Which turned into al afternoon. Received the bill and there were charges that were on there that I never paid before and when asked for an explanation it was some bogus information. Also when you call for a manager it’s like they work for a secret service because you can never speak to them, they’re never available. I believe that there is obviously new staff there but I don’t like it. I work with people everyday and these last few visits at this service department were very disappointing! Unfortunately this is the the closest location to my home, but I think some revamping needs to be done. More

When I called for an appointment I was greeted appropriately and was told who would be the service representative who would take my information. When I arrived at the dealer the person who appro appropriately and was told who would be the service representative who would take my information. When I arrived at the dealer the person who approached me was very pleasant and courteous. Then I was called by Sebastian who greeted me .politely ,took me to his office and offered me a seat . He was very respectful,kind, helpful and a good listener..After he took my information he informed me what to expect and that he would communicate the progress of the car either in person or by text, of which I appreciated.
