For several years now, I’ve been a loyal customer of Lexus Pembroke Pines. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff at the service center. Even a si Lexus Pembroke Pines. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff at the service center. Even a simple ‘good morning’ seemed to be beyond their repertoire—instead, I was met with dry, unfriendly expressions. I tried saying ‘hello’ a few times, b ut it was as if I were invisible. And mind you, this was at 7:30 in the morning! I believe it’s crucial for service-oriented businesses to prioritize customer interactions. A warm welcome and appreciation go a long way in retaining loyal patrons. On a positive note, my service representative, Jerry Rivera, was outstanding. He was not only friendly but also super courteous. Kudos to Jerry for making my experience better! More
