I have been taking my vehicle to this dealership since leasing/ purchasing my car in 2018. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work and attention I received. However, this time was very disa leasing/ purchasing my car in 2018. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work and attention I received. However, this time was very disappointing. Not only was the value of service provided extremely overpriced based on comparison of local repair shops.. they did not honor my last complementary oil change offered to me with the purchase of my vehicle. In addition, m they stated in my written maintenance check that i needed to replace 2 filters...which I had just replaced a few weeks ago.. with other discrepancies compared to with the last service check. I found this to be very poor continuity of care, attention to detail, reliability and value. However, I continue to be 100% satisfied with my Lexus and look forward to many more years enjoying it.
