Jeff in the service department I believe hates his job and shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers if he doesn't understand what "customer service" is. But I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears; which and shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers if he doesn't understand what "customer service" is. I really like the attentiveness at this dealership's service department. Tony sat down with me, explained the process and timing. The only drawback is the end. The dealership needs to include the TWO steps in the process. 1) pay at the cashier, and then 2) take the receipt to the desk at pick up so they send a valet to get the car. It's not automatic. More

Fast, straight-forward service. Lexus of Pembroke Pines is always my go-to when servicing my vehicle. I moved to Orlando and actually drove there to get work done. Jeffrey Hernandez, not only provided poor communication & service, but he was rude, dishonest & noneffective. He was never available to speak to us, said that a detail quote is never provided, so we got a text that was confusing & not clear as to what we were gong to get charged. We also were definitely over charged. Needless to say, this experience and service is definitely affecting our decision to staying with Lexus in the future, at least for sure we will not be returning to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More

At 2:15 I had not heard from service personal anything on the progress of the car, did they find out anything if they were keeping the car nothing. After requesting to speak to the service representative was told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. I should not have had to request to speak to the representative personally to find out what the problem was. I have never experienced this type of service communication before. It could have been a very busy time, I don't know. I was very thankful that when I called in, I could get and appointment for Saturday, September 14th. Jeremy explained after asking, in detail what was done and there was no charge. More
