Muy mal servico, yo eh tenido 14 carros con lexus siempre que piden un review doy excelentes comentarios pero este ultimo servico fue fatal muy malo llame para saber sobre si tenia garantia con mi bateria m que piden un review doy excelentes comentarios pero este ultimo servico fue fatal muy malo llame para saber sobre si tenia garantia con mi bateria me dijo la persona que me atendio cuanto costaba pero nunca me dijo cuanto era el valor total de la bateria y lleve el carro al dealer para hacer el cambio y se demoraron 5 horas para ese servicio. El que me atendio no tenia ganas ni de hablar ni dar ninguna informacion, yo lo tuve que llamar despues de 5 horas en espera para saber sobre mi carro. Poor Customer Service. My wife was there 3 hours waiting for the car. she informed to contact her by phone when the car was ready. Nobody did. She asked to verify the blind spotlight on passenger seat. Nothing done. No explanation. when she reached out to Jeffrey, he was rude and did not gave her the attention and information she needed to make a decision. This is an embarrassment for Lexus who sells as luxury and personalized service, but at the end don't deliver to customer expectation. I have two Lexus, the ES 350, 2014 has always been maintained at the Lexus shop. The GX 450 is new and is the second time we lease. More
