Wasn't happy, after dropping off the car on a Saturday, for a simple door handle and trim fix, did not get the car back until Friday. I knew it wouldn't be looked at until Monday but Monday afternoon it wa for a simple door handle and trim fix, did not get the car back until Friday. I knew it wouldn't be looked at until Monday but Monday afternoon it was still not looked at. I was told Tuesdsy part would arrive by Wednesday, but part didn't arrive until Thursday. Had to rent a vehicle during this whole time plus lost a couple days work. Communication was horrible, I had to keep calling to be updated on the status because nobody would call me. Have been at this body shop previously for other vehicle repairs, and have purchased a couple cars from this dealer previously but no more. Customer service has suffered tremendously over time. Was so troubled by the whole thing, I went to JM Lexus, turned in the car, and bought a new RX from them. Have to say nobody was rude at any point, but I could tell they were tired by me asking what was happening. More

Usually has good service but this past time I was unhappy with my experience. My wait time was longer than promised and when I got my car back I had an alert on my dashboard that hadn’t been there previously with my experience.
