This is my 5th Lexus and my 3rd one from Lexus in Pp. Michele was not there when I picked up my Lexus. But I was very well taken care of by Isaiah? He was amazing!! My only issue is the process too way t Michele was not there when I picked up my Lexus. But I was very well taken care of by Isaiah? He was amazing!! My only issue is the process too way to long , we were there for more than 5 hours and everything was supposed to be already done . That was a disappointment. More
