I live in Orlando and purchased my 2026 Lexus NX 350h with the help of Daniel Batista. I'd give him an OUTSTANDING rating along with the finance and insurance teams. I had one small concern. I wish I would been asked if I wanted tinting on the side windows. I understand that many people desire it, but it really should be a customer choice given that some of us have visibility issues at night and darker windows, well, don't help matters. As it is, my local Lexus dealership will remove it (two front windows) for about $100. It would be great if I got compensated for this cost. Otherwise, and overall, I had an EXCELLENT buying experience and would drive down from Orlando again. Thank you Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More

It’s frustrating when you’re waiting for an hour and a half to find out the adapter is defective. I noticed the car was ready when I got the text, so I asked what was done. They had to speak with the serv half to find out the adapter is defective. I noticed the car was ready when I got the text, so I asked what was done. They had to speak with the service manager 45 minutes later, i spoke with Osiris. She explained that they only order one adapter per week, and I had two in front of me waiting for adapters. I asked if I could schedule an appointment within three weeks to get a loaner because I didn’t want to go through this again. She said she couldn’t schedule an appointment until the adapter arrives, but if I couldn’t do it, she could deliver it to my house. I’m wondering why this wasn’t offered from the start? Very poor customer service! More
